Engineer

Who will you be?

As an Engineer in Tier 3 Support, you will handle the most advanced tasks — designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments. Your responsibilities will include resolving complex incidents, optimizing client systems, and advising on best practices for security and configuration. You will collaborate with administrators, the project team, and the sales department to create business-driven technical solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing and resolving complex incidents within Microsoft 365 environments
• Designing and implementing solutions in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
• Optimizing configurations and providing recommendations for clients
• Collaborating on migration and deployment projects
• Creating technical documentation and procedures for Tier 2 Support
• Providing consultations and mentoring to junior team members

What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and cloud environment administration
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD, and Intune
• Experience in process automation (PowerShell, administrative scripting)
• Ability to design and implement comprehensive solutions
• Knowledge of security and compliance principles in Microsoft 365 environments
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level
