Project Manager IT

Who will you be?

As a Project Manager at Security Masters, you will be responsible for leading implementation and consulting projects for our clients — from IT audits through Microsoft 365 deployments to security initiatives. Your role will involve planning, coordinating technical teams, and maintaining client communication to deliver projects on time and with the highest quality.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects end-to-end — from planning to implementation and wrap-up
• Creating schedules, managing budgets, and allocating project resources
• Coordinating technical teams and communicating with clients
• Monitoring risks, escalating issues, and reporting progress
• Ensuring solution quality and client satisfaction
• Documenting projects and conducting status meetings

What we expect from you:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment and basic cloud solutions
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 – preferred)
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems efficiently
• English proficiency at B2 level
