Tier 1 Support MS 365

Location: Warsaw (hybrid model: approx. 2 days remote, 3 days on-site/at clients)

Form of cooperation: B2B or contract of mandate

Salary: 5,000 – 5,500 PLN net/month
+ performance bonus

Who will you be?

As a member of the HelpDesk team, you will be the first line of support for our clients — mainly Microsoft 365, Windows, and office tool users. Your task will be to quickly diagnose issues, handle tickets (via phone, Teams, or remote access), and ensure incidents are resolved in line with Security Masters’ best practices.
