Architect

Who will you be?

As an Architect, you will be a key person responsible for creating and overseeing IT strategies for our clients. Your tasks will include designing comprehensive solutions based on Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies, optimizing existing environments, and ensuring their security and compliance with best practices. You will collaborate with company boards, IT departments, and our engineering team to implement modern and scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Designing Microsoft 365 and hybrid environment architectures.
• Providing technical consulting to clients — at board and IT director levels.
• Participating in migration, modernization, and implementation projects.
• Developing security standards and procedures for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Conducting audits and optimization recommendations (licenses, costs, performance).
• Providing expert support for Tier 2 and 3 teams, mentoring, and training.

What we expect from you:

• At least 5 years of experience in administering and designing Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Expert knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Experience in large-scale implementation and migration projects.
• Knowledge of security concepts (MFA, Conditional Access, Compliance).
• Ability to hold technical and business discussions with decision-makers.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-100, MS-101, SC-300, AZ-305) — a plus.
