As an Administrator in Tier 2 Support, you will become a key contact point for more complex requests and technical issues. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving incidents in Microsoft 365 environments, assisting clients with service configuration and maintenance, and collaborating with Tier 1 to ensure top-quality service. Your role is not only about solving problems but also about building a stable and secure IT environment for our clients.
